Aims & Scope
Cell Omics aims to become the premier forum for disseminating groundbreaking advances in omics sciences and technologies. We publish transformative research that pushes the boundaries of genomic, proteomic, metabolomic, spatial, and multi-omics methodologies, with an emphasis on technological innovation, data reproducibility, and biological insight. The journal serves as a catalyst for cross-disciplinary collaboration, accelerating the translation of omics discoveries into solutions for human health, environmental sustainability, and fundamental biological understanding.
Cell Omics welcomes original research, methodologies, and reviews that address:
1. Next-Generation Omics Technologies: Novel platforms for single-cell, spatial, long-read sequencing, mass spectrometry, and real-time molecular imaging.
2. Multi-Omic Integration: Computational and experimental strategies for synergistic analysis of genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, epigenomic, and metabolomic datasets.
3. Data Science & AI: Development of algorithms, machine learning models, and scalable infrastructure for omics data mining, visualization, and predictive modeling. AI-driven hypothesis generation, multi-scale modeling of biological processes, and in silico-designed biological entities.
4. Functional & Clinical Translation: Studies linking omics signatures to cellular mechanisms, disease etiology, biomarkers, and therapeutic targets. Integrative studies bridging molecular mechanisms to clinical/industrial applications.
5. Systems-Level Innovation: Engineering complex cellular systems, synthetic ecosystems, or programmable biomaterials with emergent functions.

Ethics Statement
IECE is responsible for implementing rigorous peer review and strict ethical policies and standards to ensure that high quality scientific work is added to the field of scholarly publishing. IECE takes such publishing ethics issues very seriously, and our editors are trained to enforce COPE's Core Practices and Guidelines, with a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism, data falsification, and other behaviours. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use iThenticate to check submissions against previous publications.
